A process engineer is a key member of the production team tasked with identifying, designing, and implementing improvements in various areas of the organization. Its aim is to increase the efficiency, quality and productivity of processes and workflows and to provide support for the achievement of the company's strategic goals.

What does this job look like?

• Process analysis: Perform comprehensive analyses of existing work processes and identify areas where improvement and efficiency can be achieved.

• Improvement proposal: Develop plans and proposals for continuous improvement of processes, including the benefits, risks and costs of implementation.

• Implement improvements: Work with teams across the organization to implement proposed changes and ensure that new practices are properly implemented and measured.

• Performance monitoring: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of new processes and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high levels of performance are maintained.

• Training and support: To provide training and support to employees to familiarize them with new practices and effective working methods.

• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments and teams on projects aimed at improving processes and achieving better results.

• Compliance with standards and procedures: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and procedures and ensure their compliance within the organization.

What should you know?

• Experience with continuous improvement methods and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, Kaizen, etc. at the Yellow Belt / Green Belt level

• Analytical thinking and the ability to look for solutions to problems

• Communicative knowledge of English for cooperation with international teams

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams

• Experience in project management is an advantage
