Exceptional deployment engineer with great communication skills and abilities wanted!
As a deployment engineer you will actively participate on deploying of telecommunication products – driving the whole process to ensure the project deliverables are produced according to the company quality standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- participation on customer meetings and technical workshops
- participation on technical issues solving, deliveries and project plans
- communication and cooperation with PMs on customer and company side
- installation, integration and configuration of the company products into customer environment
- travelling to customer premises (European countries)
- creation of project documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
qualification:
- previous experience in customer service engineer role
- LINUX proficiency (ideally RHEL)
- network administration proficiency (TCP/IP. SS7 protocols)
- English language on communicative level
- CCNA, CCNP, VMWare as an advantage
- any scripting language as an advantage
