FRENCH AND ENGLISH SPEAKER EXPERIENCED FROM CALL CENTRE AND TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES ?

What can you expect from this position?

  • Improving communication between customers and employees of our company
  • You will be responsible for controlling quality of customer service during the phone calls of our employees
  • You will be reporting to director and team leaders about the quality of our service to our customers
  • Providing communication between director and our team
  • You will have the leadership responsibility for your team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent English and French (plus Dutch would be a great plus)
  • English advanced – to be able to communicate with colleagues
  • Focus on client needed
  • Experience in sales or customer service environment is an advantage
  • IT skills advanced
  • Stress resistance
