Tasks related to this role will include:
- Manage Sales Order administration front office team (French and Benelux market)
- Manage a newly established team
- Monitor and manage the work allocation to maintain workload amongst the team as well as monitor team attendance
- Set daily, weekly or monthly priorities for the teams
- Monitoring and reporting on SLA´s and KPI´s (daily, monthly, weekly).
- Provide training/ mentoring to each individual to achieve their individual goals
- Support team performance by assisting the team with calls and administration work
- Take responsibility of escalations arriving from the client/customers.
- Set and review goals with the team and motivate them to achieve targets
- Identify process improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Language skills: fluent
- Process skills in the area of Customer Service
- Team Management experience
- Customer Focus, Integrity and Trust
- Problem Solving skills
- Priority Setting skills
- Results oriented person
