As Logistics Coordinator you will be the single point of contact for hardware introduction, hardware delivery, and repair services. The Supply Chain team is responsible for forward and reverse logistics, order management, staging, and key loading as well as repair and refurbishment of mobile and smart payment devices. In this newly established role within the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of orders and logistics activities in both forward and reverse flows. Successful candidates in this role may be asked to contribute to other strategic SCM projects that are focused on technical or business process-related topics, depending on business needs
Popis pozice:
Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end order process flow:
- Create, receive and process orders from customers to vendors
- Order acknowledgment
Coordinate and monitor end-to-end delivery:
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Arrange transportation and organize deliveries to meet customer demand and SLA's
- Coordinate inbound and outbound delivery
- Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure the SLA's are met
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
- Facilitate the shipping of products between destinations
- Makes sure stock level is kept at the optimal level
- Oversee the inventory of goods
- Continuously review freight costs, transportation rates to keep costs down where possible
- Streamline transportation and order processes
- Monitor and facilitate repair orders
- Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
- Travelling expected once or twice per year in Europe (Germany, Netherlands)
Profil kandidáta:
- Min. 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience in logistics services, order management, transportation management or similar
- MS Excel (working with tables, filters, comparison, basic functions), if you need some extra skills, additional training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail
- Structured, organized
- English language level B2 and above
