Job description:
- managing client's tickets
- Support and analysis of incidents
- prioritises requests and determine appropriate action
- follow up on open requests
- coordination of projects
- work in team
- reporting
Longterm cooperation for 25–40 hours/week.
Start: immediately
Location: Prague 4
Salary: 120 CZK/hour (depens on number of weekly working hours and previous experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school/University education (ideally student of IT field)
- IT background is must
- Fluent English (both verbal and written)
- advanced knowledge of MS Office
- basic programing/ coding skills is a big advantage
