Essential functions:

• Manages all aspects of projects to meet technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments
• establishes objectives a goals to the project teams
• cooperating with sales team to manage customer contract, pricing, terms and conditions
• provides periodic project updates of current situation relating to contractual milestones
• coordinates and monitors Vehicle Group program technical personnel across multiple sites
• lenght of the projects from 6 months to 3 years
• one PM leads 1 whole program and for that he is responsible

REQUIREMENTS:

• min. bachelor degree in engineering
• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, or Engineering / Product Development Management
• fluent English and German
• leadership skills
• good communication and presentation skills
• 30% of time travelling abroad
• plastic injection molding, hydraulics experience
• electronic development experience is an advantage
