We are looking for an experienced professional to fit the role of
FINANCE TEAM LEADER
Your duties will be:
- Support and motivation of team members
- Complex financial analyses
- Specific accounting issues (revenue recognition, impairment etc.)
- Forecasting
- Compliance
- Cooperation on budgeting
- Processes evaluation
- Ad-hoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
- University degree in finance
- A minimum of 10 years relevant experience (financial analyses, controlling, reporting…)
- US GAAP/IFRS knowledge is an advantage
- Team leader experience is a MUST
- Strong MS Office knowledge with focus on Excel
- SAP and/or Hyperion experience is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English is a MUST
- Strong analytical skills
- Adaptability to changes
- Energetic, prepared to take on new challenges
- Team spirit, ability to work with a diverse global teams
- ability to start imediately is a plus
