Is there experienced manager with Six Sigma training (minimum level: Yellow Belt certification), who is ready for big career breakthrough?

If so, read carrefully! A well-established international engineering company is looking for completely new role in her management structure!
You are going to drive the process changes of 16 repair facilities across Europe, ensuring the standartization of diverse processes and procedures according to SIX SIGMA and KAIZEN methodology.
On this challenging task you are going to cooperate with Operational Branch, Process Experts and Regional Unit management and others.

Basic responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across the company's service organization.
  • Share analytical approaches and data while coaching local resources on how to effectively incorporate best practices into the local business environment and culture.
  • Manage the portfolio of local projects, integrating global and local initiatives.
  • Develop an overall project plan covering both global and local objectives, coordinating to achieve one set of shared priorities.
  • Lead, manage and participate in local projects as appropriate. Train operational personnel at local facilities to the Yellow Belt level as well as ensure projects and Kaizen events are completed on schedule.
  • Support business objectives. Develop and monitor short- and long-range plans relating to this area of responsibility to ensure the company’s mission, goals and objectives are appropriately addressed and managed.
  • Compile data and prepare reports relating to the business’s operation.
  • Make presentations to local, executive and corporate staff as required, apprising them of company activities in various functional areas and areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure projects are managed and reported in line with the company’s Balanced Scorecard and relevant project charter templates and schedules.


  • At least 3 years experience in a service, production and/or engineering unit; global experience is required
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum education: undergraduate degree in engineering, business and/or operations management
  • Six Sigma training and certification (minimum level: Yellow Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt prefered)
  • Lean Six Sigma certified (practitioner)
  • Project-management training and certification is desired
  • Good soft skills to act as change agent (training records preferred)
  • Track record of completed improvement projects with desired benefits
  • Good understanding of financial issues
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Experience in change management
  • Strong experience in Operations processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • 40% of time travelling
