Our client, a considerable global provider of digital network solutions for IT and Telco, is looking for high-spirited local coordinator of suppliers and services for a position located in Prague.

Popis pozice:

• Main Task is take ownership and responsibility for the local part (within Czech Republic) of the delivery process of customer services sold.

• Validation of all incoming orders ( new / change / migration / deletion....) concerning completeness as well as performing feasibility checks.

• Cooperate with our local customers, carriers, suppliers, land lords & internal stake holders and manage any administrative or technical delivery problems.

• Ordering of last mile connections at local carriers and concerned equipment through internal procurement processes.

• Maintain a strong and good relationship to local Telco's and suppliers and exchange information & issues during the delivery process for problem solutions to achieve a smooth regular order process

• Schedule delivery dates of deliverables in coordination with local carriers, procurement team and customers to meet agreed delivery targets.

Profil kandidáta:

· Relevant experience in the WAN network area, experience in ordering and delivery service towards multinational customers.

· Technical understanding of WAN network, HW and protocol basics

· Fluent English language, native or fluent Czech/Slovak language

· Service oriented and customer focused, having ability to resolve complex problems through a calculated and methodical approach within a time critical environment

· Interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate efficiently in a multicultural environment, ability to build relationships

· Experienced and resilient to deal with problems, customer complains and escalations

· Multitasking ability, able to prioritize tasks in order to achieve expected results, stay balanced in tense situations and work activities.

· PC skills and application knowledge ( MS office )

· Proactive, self-motivating and self-organizing team player
