Supporting the Authorisation team in these actions:

• Communication to NSA´s and infrastructure managers.
• Preparation of documentation
• Chasing of documentation and archiving

Regulatory Roles
1 Responsible for the homologation of all applicable policies, standards, and regulations related to rail, train, tram vehicle models.
2 Support the development and maintenance of the internal policies related to the application, implementation, enforcement and audit of all policies, standards and regulations.
3 Work with external agencies and government regulatory authorities to ensure compliance of Mobius products in the respective markets where the products will be sold.
4 Plan and ensure the execution of homologation test and approval projects for the complete Mobius models.
5 Prepare, review and submit type regulatory approval documents and drawings to applicable regulatory bodies.
6 Advise the Product Development teams on current and future legislative matters relating to automotive design, manufacture and functionality for respective target markets.
7 Agree on vehicle certification requirements with government regulatory bodies.
8 Monitor and report on all applicable legislation changes in target operating markets for the vehicle.
9 Support the Product Development Teams to ensure robust and consistent application of regulatory guidelines into new designs.
10 Lead the Product Development teams to resolve regulatory design issues.
11 Support the development with the test engineers, the appropriate verification and validation.
12 Monitor on going adherence of overall vehicle functionality to required regulatory requirements through the design process.
13 Regularly report to stakeholder’s non-conforming regulatory issues, corrective action plans and timeframe for closure.
14 Work flexibly in a highly cross-functional team environment involving designers, engineers as well as future manufacturing and product development teams.

Project Management
15 Take ownership of regulatory projects and issues; plan milestones, timelines, budgets, resources and identify potential risks to deliver resolution within agreed completion dates.
16 Be proactive regarding regulatory issue identification and periodically advise wider team on status, risks and required activities to progress forward.
17 Work as an active member of the team, ensure effective communication between colleagues and positively contribute regularly to meetings and briefings.

Qualifications
An ideal candidate should combine excellent regulatory management and awareness skills with appropriate technical skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies and regulatory bodies. They should possess a strong skill set in working with multi-function teams, defining certification strategy and identifying critical issues and risks to meeting required compliance.
Required

• 3 to 5+ years related experience in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, regulatory compliance engineering or closely related fields.
• An ability to work to a very high level of accuracy and detail
• Exceptional leadership and clear sense of direction

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with design and test engineers, external agencies and government authority boards.

• relevantní praxe v technickém oboru – kolejová vozidla
• znalost, zkušenosti a schopnost zorientovat se v komplexním technickém systému – mechanické části, pneumatické rozvody, hydraulické rozvody, elektroinstalace, elektronická zařízení
• smysl pro pečlivost a práci s bezpečnostními normami
• aktivní znalost anglického nebo německého (komunikativní úroveň)
• znalost MS Office, SAPMaster/bachelor degree in Technical field

Knowledge on homologation processes in Railway business
Awareness of statutory, legal and safety requirements related rail industry.
Understanding of main elements on how Railway business is driven and the impact on homologation
