We are looking for a person to lead R&D team of production company. You will be responsible for development of completely new machines or updates of old ones for internal production purposes.
- leading approx. 10 people – engineering and electro design engineers
- cooperating with product development, marketing, sales teams to work according market needs
- hands on design engineering and development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Engineering background is a must
- Experience with hands on design engineering position (a plus is an experience with packaging machines), no specific program knowledge is required
- English on level for daily use with colleagues from all over the world written and spoken (B2/C1) is required
- If you have already led a team that is also a great plus
