Popis pozice:
- To provide a support by answering customers enquiries (communication via e-mail or phone)
- To provide information and updates related to order status, product returns, complaints, claims
- To capture data to SW SAP
- Preparing reports on regular bases
- Cooperation with sales and other teams
Profil kandidáta:
- Fluent English (French language is a big andavnatage)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Knowledge of practices and procedures in logistics field
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
