Popis pozice:

• Take care of customers in dedicated regions and businesses.

• Responsible for managing and resolving client's inquiries in line with the SLAs.

• Provide support and collect information, returns, order status, complaints, claims, etc.

• Update and refresh data related to unresolved customers inquiries.

• Orientate for client's needs and search for opportunities to solve issues.

Profil kandidáta:

• Fluent in French and English (spoken & written).

• Previous similar experience in customer care.

• A great advantage will be knowledge of SAP.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to create a stable relationship with customers by phone and written conversations.

• Team-player.

• Good computer skills.
