Your main responsibilities will be:
- support to customers by answering their queries
- troubleshooting, solving of logistic issues and taking orders
- building strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
- preparation of correspondence and fulfilment of customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- work in SAP system
- ad hoc tasks
Salary: 40 – 50 000 CZK/month
Start: ASAP
Working time: 40 hours/week
REQUIREMENTS:What are our requirements?
- Min. secondary degree
- Advanced knowledge of English and German
- Very good communication skills
- Accuracy and customer service mind-set
- Experience from customer service or administration area,
- knowledge of SAP is advantage.
