Popis pozice:
- To manage and resolve customers enquiries (communication via email or phone)
- Providing information and updates related to order status, product returns, complaints, claims
- To capture data to SW SAP
- Preparing reports on regular bases
- Cooperation with sales and other teams
Profil kandidáta:
- Fluent English and French is a must!
- Previous experience related to customer service, logistics
- Very good communication and organisational skills
