Your responsibility is to answer the calls of company customers, who are looking for a helping hand to solve their issues connected to the company services and products. The questions are mostly from the technical field in which the employer provides paid training.
The key ability is English on a good communicative level at least B2. Willingness to work on PC and adopt new technical knowledge. Time flexibility the working hours are between 11 am and 8 am, always 8 hours long shift.
Perfect working conditions, thanks to a well organize modern office building and friendly company culture.
