We are looking for candidates who would support our clients from major European Airlines. We provide them expert services from A-Z in the passenger’s journey – from booking of air tickets to after-flight customer services, including loyalty programs.

Popis pozice:

· Assisting customers with various procedures related to bookings

· Ensuring that passengers have perfect pre-flight service and after-flight care

· Providing additional information regarding compensations, additional services, and similar

· Maintain positive relationships with customers as well as co-workers and supervisors

· Maintaining the booking and other related systems

Profil kandidáta:

· Fluency in French and English language

· Previous customer service or airline related work experience is a plus, but not a must

· Excellent communication skills, high-quality service orientation also professional and positive attitude

· At least basic proficiency in MS Office
