HOFMANN PERSONAL is looking for a client – an International Engineering Group, whose leading positions are based on advance technologies and in-depth applications of know-how; company who is developing high-performance solutions for customers – for a candidate on position.
To further strengthen the plant organization we are looking for a new team member for our production plant based in West of Bohemia – Region of Karlovy Vary. The role is challenging and exciting and provides opportunities to influence the development of our manufacturing processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and develop the production
- Manage the personnel in operations and lead a production management team
- Run the daily business; lead, support and implement improvements
- Deliver and fulfil agreed KPIs
- Support and plan investments, drive specific projects
- Responsible for total manufacturing cost (efficiency, quality, material utilization etc.)
- Responsible for budget of operations department
Candidate´s profile:
- Graduate degree in engineering or equivalent in experience
- Experience in operational role and leading teams in an industrial environment
- Understanding of ERP and IT tools and shop floor systems
- Experience in leading a management team and used to work in an international environment
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing tools (SMED, 5S, TPM etc.)
- Experience in change management, manufacturing excellence and used to work with continues improvements
- Fluent in English, other language is an advantage
