Our Brand Representative’s daily challenge is to satisfy clients with requests regarding: after flight claims, loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets, B2B activities, social media, and related subjects.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide the best client experience over the phone & through written media
• Deliver TOP quality service for VIP clients
• Advise clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships
• Perform as a team-player

Profil kandidáta:

Requirements:

• Advanced level of English and German language (C1 at least)
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of IT tools
• Willingness to go "the extra mile"
• Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality, responsibility
• Previous experience in the Luxury Retail/Hospitality industry or customer service is an advantage
• Be able to start as soon as possible
