The Resort starts to get busy starting Memorial Day weekend and will be picking
up more business in June. The employer is open to all end dates and would
prefer participants to work until the agreed end date.
JOB DUTIES:
As a housekeeper, participants are responsible for cleaning (washing, dusting and vacuuming, tidying) guest rooms and property common areas. Job duties include picking up after a guest, preparing fresh linens (doing laundry), making beds, dusting furniture and fixtures, washing floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows (usually less frequently), cleaning the bathroom and toilet and keeping the guest rooms stocked with accessories and the bathrooms stocked with supplies. Housekeepers will be using cleaning chemicals
JOB BENEFITS:
- Employee Cafeteria: Participants can eat here for free when working.
UNIFORM: provided to the participants at no cost. Participants should also wear khaki (tan-colored)
pants and comfortable, closed-toed shoes.
HOUSING:
Participants will be staying at a fully-furnished villa apartment housing with kitchen, TV, and internet. There's a shared laundry facility. Bedroom breakdown:
- 1bedroom – shared by two people, each with own bed
- 2bedroom – shared by four people, each with own bed

Lake Geneva:
Lake Geneva, WI is a resort town. Most of the visitors and guests are familiar with the many attractions in the Geneva Lakes area: Beaches, specialty shops and galleries, golfing, boating, hiking the Potawatomi Trail, lake cruises, great food, and lodging services. However, many wonder about the origin of the rolling hills and lake, the early Indians, the pioneering white settlers, the quaint town and its yesteryear homes and buildings.
There are many recreational activities in the area, including:

- Lake Geneva
The Lake Geneva area is alive with a wide range of unique activities throughout the year, including Maple Fest, the Lake Geneva Marathon, Annual Art in the Park, the Annual Walworth County Fair, the Lake Geneva Triathlon and local concerts.
Lake Geneva is only one hour from Milwaukee, WI and two hours from Chicago, IL.

Fly to Milwaukee, WI; the airport name is General Mitchell International (code: MKE). The resort is
located about 50 miles (1 hour) from this airport. Participants may also want to consider flying to
Chicago, IL's O'Hare International Airport (code: ORD). The Resort is located about 70 miles (1.5
hours) from this airport.
NOTE: Please contact the Grand Geneva to let them know when and how participants will be arriving.
There is a special pick up service that goes to Lake Geneva. It is called GO RITEWAY. The vans
provide transportation from Milwaukee or Chicago directly to Lake Geneva. It's better to make a
