Each season, Morgan’s Pier, Philadelphia’s seasonal backyard beer garden along the Delaware River Waterfront, invites a different celebrated chef to take over the kitchen with their own version of a chef-hosted backyard barbeque, allowing a larger population of Philadelphia and its visitors to enjoy the casual cuisine while soaking up the outdoors and its scenery just steps from the Ben Franklin Bridge. In 2015, Morgan's Pier was named „Most Popular Bar in Pennsylvania“ by Buzzfeed.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania’s largest city, is notable for its rich history, on display at the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall – where the Declaration of Independence and Constitution were signed – and
other American Revolutionary sites. No less iconic are the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, immortalized by Sylvester Stallone’s triumphant run in the film „Rocky.“
Famous as the birthplace of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, Philadelphia offers much more than cobblestone streets and historical landmarks. Cultural, culinary, artistic and ethnic treasures abound in this city and its surrounding countryside.
What makes Philadelphia so memorable is its unique blend of experiences that you have to discover in person. By day, explore four centuries of history and architecture, beautiful neighborhoods, remarkable museum collections and endless shopping. After the sun sets, the city heats up with acclaimed performing arts, amazing dining and vibrant nightlife.
