- Ensure operational processes respond to and fulfil client and organisational
- Reviews requests (correctness, judicial conditions) for documentary credits, guarantees and documentary collections.
- Define responses to the requests including suggestions/advise with respect to execution of the transactions (text of instruments etc.)
- Responsible for the correctness, completeness and timeliness of the accounting entries of documentary credits.
- Execute the funds transfers related to the documentary transactions (L/Cs, documentary collections, guarantees, discounted products) including accounting of the bank charges and commissions.
- Systematically register all applications, documents and instruments according to the product transacted.
- Client interaction primarily indirect – in particular preparation of documents, correspondence and letters
- Co-operation with other departments
- University degree
- 2–3 years banking experience in trade finance area
- Good knowledge TFS products
- General knowledge of the banking products
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of Czech
- Computer literacy and skills (MS Office)
