- Provide support for products through customer interaction and the use of the industry leading diagnostic tools.
- Maintain customer relationship management
- Handle inquiries from customers related to services, network coverage, features, handsets & devices, accessories, repair & troubleshooting, billing and rate plans service activations and changes.
- Fluency in English languge is a must (B2 level for chat support, C1 for phone support)
- Open-minded approach towards technology (if you know how to use your smartphone, you should be just fine)
