We are looking for Technical Help desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and prompt manner. You will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner
- Assists customers in resolving basic technical problems
- Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Train computer users
- Proficiency in English and German language
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Experience with solving computer-related problems would be a plus
- Technical or customer support experience would be a plus
