FRENCH AND ENGLISH SPEAKER EXPERIENCED FROM CALL CENTRE AND TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES ?
What can you expect from this position?
- Improving communication between customers and employees of our company
- You will be responsible for controlling quality of customer service during the phone calls of our employees
- You will be reporting to director and team leaders about the quality of our service to our customers
- Providing communication between director and our team
- You will have the leadership responsibility for your team

- Fluent English and French (plus Dutch would be a great plus)
- English advanced – to be able to communicate with colleagues
- Focus on client needed
- Experience in sales or customer service environment is an advantage
- IT skills advanced
