Your daily tasks will include:
- Communication with customers on daily basis regarding software or technical issues related to a hotel booking system
- Entering technical and application related issues into the company system
- Identifying problems, finding solution to issues and troubles and inform clients about its solution
- Processing documents and information
- Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization
- Deep understanding of company product
- Ensure quality service in technical matters in a hospitality field

Note: This vacancy requires working in shifts – there is a nice financial compensation for those! Some of them are performed as a home office!
