Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordination of migrations within Shared Services
- Helping with documentation validation
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Monitoring of efficiency, risk reporting etc.
- Analyzing processes and services provided
- Leading the process blueprinting phase
- Identifying possible process gaps and errors
- Documentation review and its update
- Analyzing policies and internal controls during transition
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in SSC process migrations
- Experience working within a Shared Service Centre
- Understanding and knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task
