Do you speak ENGLISH?
We are looking for a suitable candidate for back office position for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- interaction with Vendor Master administrator team and other departments within Payables
- ensuring supplier’s data correctly inserted into the system
- daily processing of requests in internal system
- working with system SAP
- cooperation within Europe, Africa&Middle East, Russia and South America
- ad hoc tasks
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Contract till the end of December 2016 (extension possible)
Working time: full time 40 hours/week (rotation od daily/night shifts, night shifts from 15:30–24:00)
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- Secondary degree,
- active knowledge of English
- another language is advantage
- communicative and detail oriented person,
- accurancy and customer service mindset,
- experience from finance and administration area is an advantage,
- knowledge of SAP is advantage.
