Want to work for an INTERNATIONAL company as a PAYROLL ASSISTANT within HUMAN RESOURCE department?

Here we are with your new job that will boost your career!

In your new job, your responsibilities will be:

  • Timely and accurate processing of assigned employee payroll checks
  • Provide training as needed
  • Research and reconcile payroll error reports
  • Process journal entries and reconcile to the general ledger
  • Month end close duties
  • Maintain payroll reports
  • Reconcile payroll related accounts
  • Regular reporting
  • Enter employee information in the system and maintain employee files


  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in payroll
  • Familiarity with accounting principles
  • Fluent English skills (any other language is an advantage)
  • Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel – conditional formatting, Vlookup, filters, pivot tables)
  • Organizational skills
  • Previous experience with SAP is a plus, not must
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Good sense of humor and friendly attitude! No joke! :)
