For our client, an international courier delivery services company with headquarters in Netherlands, we are looking for a new colleague – Logistic and road networks manager for central ane eastern Europe.

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CLIENT
International and domestic Express Road Networks (ERN) have over 3000 trucks on the road in Europe every day, 24 hours 7 days per week. Their entire European Express Road Networks connect over 44 countries, 19 road hubs and 550 depots and is connected to our air network and the domestic networks. 70% of customers can be reached overnight by truck. Professional team of ERN ensures that all their clients’ packages, documents and pallets will be delivered on time and in perfect condition to more than 200 countries in Europe.

WHAT IS THE JOB DESCRIPTION LIKE?

managing, evalueting and motivating local teams of Logistic planners in Brno, Warsaw, Timisoara, Vienna, Sofia – in total aprox. 30 employees
work activities in Czech republic, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Moldavia, Slovenia and Croatia
analyzing and improving the current and future processes
consistently exceeding customers’ expectations and operational standards for delivered on time performance at an optimised cost
responsibility for operational, tactical and strategic projects
frequent travelling to abroad
communication with company management

WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO WE HAVE FOR THE CANDIDATE?

professional experience in logistics and national/international road networks
proven leadership skills, preferably in international company
excellent English for everyday communication and correspondence
ability to work in multicultural environment
high level of work dynamics, energy and zest
organization, coordination and good communication skills
analytical skills and ability to stay on top of things
resistance to time and work stress
driver license and willingness to travel the whole Europe
