We are looking for people who enjoy administration type of work in HR.
You will be responsible for:
- Receives inquiries from internal customers in HR service environment
- Answering and managing customer´s needs, educate customers to use the internal help tools (intranet and database)
- Data entry, update and maintain guides and other relevant manuals
- Other administration task
The initial contract will be defined for 6 months with possibility of prolonging.
Previous experience within administration or customer service is advantage
- High school/University degree
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
- Very good written and spoken English and German, other language is advantage
- Detail oriented
- 5 weeks of holiday
