Your new job will require:
- Ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
- Processing Accounts Payable records
- Business Skype / email / phone communication with the employees / project managers / HR team regarding missing labor records
- Reporting activities
- Maitaining the database and reconciliations time data in the system
- Processig of the assignments of the employees for projects
- Close cooperation with the Payroll department
- General ad-hoc administration
- A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Corporate Management, Finance, Economics or related
- Fluent English + at least upper intermediate German
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure
