In your new job, your responsibilities will be:
- Timely and accurate processing of assigned employee payroll checks
- Provide training as needed
- Research and reconcile payroll error reports
- Process journal entries and reconcile to the general ledger
- Month end close duties
- Maintain payroll reports
- Reconcile payroll related accounts
- Regular reporting
- Enter employee information in the system and maintain employee files
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in payroll
- Familiarity with accounting principles
- Fluent English skills (any other language is an advantage)
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel – conditional formatting, Vlookup, filters, pivot tables)
- Organizational skills
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus, not must
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Good sense of humor and friendly attitude! No joke! :)
