Are you interested in HR and PAYROLL? Do you speak ENGLISH? Good!! Because we need you!

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Process Payroll transactions
  • Accurate processing of company’s payroll
  • Participate in daily data entry Payroll processing
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Process correct calculations and compliance
  • Execute interface with payroll providers
  • Perform audit checks
  • Process year-end reporting
  • Produce ad hoc financial and operational reporting
  • Process manual remedies where required
  • Participate in projects and migrations if needed


  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6 months of Payroll experience
  • Preferably experience in SSC environment
  • Case management expertise
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent English and French knowledge
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
