- candidates with previous experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES alias What this role includes?
- Taking enquiries from customers via phone, e-mail or social media.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- SHERLOCK part – Investigating and resolving customer's problems.
- Taking care of the customers’ needs and developing positive relationships with customers – helping with creating positive brand.
- Advising customers through in-depth knowledge of company´s products and services.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Office tasks.
REQUIREMENTS alias What you need to get this job?
- University or high school degree
- Capability to work in international teams
- Fluent in English and Dutch language
- Excellent telephone manner along with good computer skills
- Highly organized and motivated candidates
- Language courses
