Your main responsibilities will be:
- Investigate and resolve customer's problems
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
- Administrative tasks
- Resolving clients´ requests during initial contact
- Forwarding queries to the appropriate departments
- Monitoring of daily transactions
- Proposing solutions for ad-hoc situations
- At least Bachelor degree
- Ideally previous experience in customer service (but we are open to fresh graduates as well)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- At least upper-intermediate French
- Analytical thinking
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
