Your responsibilities will be:
- Procesing invoices, resolve all purchase order discrepancies, match invoices to purchase orders, regular payment runs, direct debits, exceptional payments, payment forecasts
- Participate on different trainings
- Perform vendor account reconciliation
- Support payment process improvement opportunities
- Reporting activities, preparation of payment related reports, documentation and period-end-delivery for both internal and external purposes for all company codes in scope.
- Participate on other activities related to this role – support your manager

- Advanced English (will be used in both written and spoken form)
- Knowledge of HUNGARIAN advanced
- Reliability, positive attitude
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written form
- Previous, at least short experience with accounting is necessary
- Understanding of accounting processes
- SSC experience is an advantage
- Ability to organise time and tasks and prioritize
- Detail oriented
- SAP experience advantage
