Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Creation and issuing of the Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided
  • Creates purchase orders
  • Purchase order processing
  • Data validation
  • Resolution of queries
  • Cooperation with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, Business and Finance
  • Compliance with the company´s Procurement policies
  • Distribution of completed purchase orders to suppliers
  • Administrative tasks


  • Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
  • Previous experience in procurement or a similar position within an international Shared Service Center is an advantage
  • Excellent English
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Numerical thinking
  • Knowledge of SAP and SRM is an advantage
  • Hands-on and proactive approach
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving
