Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Creation and issuing of the Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided
  • Creates purchase orders
  • Purchase order processing
  • Data validation
  • Resolution of queries
  • Cooperation with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, Business and Finance
  • Compliance with the company´s Procurement policies
  • Distribution of completed purchase orders to suppliers
  • Administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
The right applicant should have the following:

  • A degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area
  • Previous experience in administration within an international Shared Service Center is an advantage
  • Communicative English
  • Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, not must
  • Proactive approach, detail-oriented, problem-solving
  • Stress-resistant
